Delivery Policy

Scope
This Delivery Policy applies to all digital products sold on velderra.com, including resume and CV templates, books, playbooks, planners and other downloadable tools. All products are delivered electronically; no physical items are shipped.
Delivery Method and Availability
Your file(s) will be available to download once payment has been confirmed. A download link will be presented immediately after checkout is complete and payment has been received. You are responsible for ensuring the email address you provide at checkout is correct.
Email Delivery
A copy of the download link(s) will also be emailed to the address you supplied during checkout. If you do not receive the email within a reasonable time, check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Access and Storage
Download links may expire after a set period. It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files after purchase. Velderra is not responsible for lost or deleted files once they have been delivered.
Faulty Files and Contacting Support
If a downloaded file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the product description, contact us within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page and select ‘Technical Support’ from the selection. Provide your order number and a description of the issue; we may request the defective file or screenshots to assess the problem. Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement file, repair the file, or offer a refund in accordance with our EULA and consumer law.
No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or access has been granted, except where required by law or as set out above for faulty files.
