END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. License Grant
License Type
Velderra grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable license to use the purchased Product for a single use as described below.

Single Use Defined
Single use means one final deliverable or one personal use instance. You may edit, customize, and print the Product for that single final deliverable or for your own personal use. The license does not permit multiple independent uses, multiple clients, or distribution beyond the single final deliverable.

2. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
Permitted Uses

• Edit and customize the Product for the single final deliverable.
• Print the Product for the single final deliverable or for your personal use.
• Include the Product in one client deliverable if you are a service provider and the deliverable is for a single client and a single use.

Prohibited Uses
You may not do any of the following unless you obtain a separate written license from Velderra:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the Product in editable form.
• Make the editable source files available to third parties, including posting them online or in a shared drive.
• Sell printed copies of the Product as a standalone product for profit.
• Use the Product for multiple clients, multiple projects, or multiple final deliverables without purchasing additional licenses.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Claim ownership of the Product or its underlying design beyond the limited license granted here.

3. Ownership and Termination
Ownership
Velderra retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Products including all copyrights, design rights, and other intellectual property rights. Your purchase is a license to use the Product under the terms of this EULA and does not transfer ownership.

Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Velderra may terminate this license immediately if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Product and delete or destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not limit Velderra from pursuing other remedies available under law.

4. No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads
No Refunds for Delivered Digital Files
Because digital Products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, Velderra does not offer refunds once a Product has been downloaded or access has been granted. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that digital files cannot be returned and that you are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, and system requirements before purchase.

Exceptions and Faulty Files
If a downloaded file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the product description, Velderra will, at its discretion, provide a replacement file, repair the file, or issue a refund. To request a remedy you must contact Velderra within 14 days of purchase and provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Velderra may request the defective file or screenshots to evaluate the claim.

Consumer Rights
This No Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If local law requires a refund in certain circumstances, Velderra will comply with those legal obligations.

5. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
No Warranty
The Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Velderra disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velderra’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this EULA or the Products is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Velderra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification Governing Law Updates Acceptance Contact
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Velderra and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your breach of this EULA or your misuse of the Product.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Updates and Changes
Velderra may update this EULA from time to time. The Effective Date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the change. Changes do not retroactively alter the license for Products already purchased unless explicitly stated.

9. Acceptance and Evidence of Agreement
Your purchase, download, or use of a Product constitutes acceptance of this EULA. For stronger evidence of consent, Velderra will require an affirmative checkbox at checkout stating I have read and agree to the End User License Agreement linking to this page.
